How can I amend or cancel my subscription?

How many months am I committed to?

At least 1 month from date of purchase. However you can cancel or amend your subscription.

Can I delay a month?

Yes, you can amend your recurring delivery date yourself in your subscription account.

When is payment taken?

Payment will be taken on your first subscription purchase and then recurring payments on the same date of the month (or every 2 months) thereafter.

I want to start a subscription but one or more of the products I want is out of stock, can I add it later?

Yes, you can add more products to your subscription in your subscription account once the products are back in stock.

My box has arrived with products missing?

We’re sorry this has happened; this could be that one of the products in your subscription is out of stock at the moment. We will communicate to you when this product comes into stock will send you the product(s) free of charge. Contact if you have any questions regarding missing products.

There is an issue with my products or I have had the incorrect products arrive in my subscription, what do I do?

How do I change my address?

Yes, you can amend your address yourself in your subscription account up to 2 days before your subscription is due to be shipped. If you have any questions regarding an address of an order already shipped please contact us

I haven’t received a confirmation email and I placed my order over 24 hours ago, what shall I do?

My tracking number isn’t working, what shall I do?

Please wait 24hrs from when you receive the tracking number as it does not activate until it's picked up by the delivery company. If it's still not working, please contact with your name and order number.
